1. What SellerFinancePro is

SellerFinancePro is an online marketplace connecting property owners offering seller financing with prospective buyers. We provide listing, discovery, and messaging tools. We are not a party to any sale, financing, or lease agreement entered into between users.

2. Accounts and roles

Buyers and owners create accounts to use the site. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for complying with all applicable laws when offering financing. Admin accounts are created and managed solely by SellerFinancePro.

3. Listing approval

All owner listings are reviewed before publication and may be approved, rejected, paused, or removed at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or policy violations.

4. Fees

Owners may be charged a fee to publish or feature a listing, as displayed at the time of listing. Fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published, except as required by law.

5. Communications and monitoring

Messages exchanged between buyers and owners through the site may be reviewed by SellerFinancePro administrators for moderation, fraud prevention, safety, and legal compliance purposes. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information you would not want reviewed.

7. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform.
